Senior Merchandiser

A leading fashion retailer is looking for a talented Senior Merchandiser to join its growing head office team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a key product area within a fast-paced, customer-focused business, driving commercial performance while influencing product strategy across multiple channels.

As Senior Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for leading the merchandising function for your department, managing budgets, forecasting sales, and optimising stock levels to maximise profitability. Working closely with Buying, Planning and Retail teams, you'll use data and customer insights to shape product decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the right products are available at the right time.

You'll analyse trading performance, build and deliver seasonal strategy, manage WSSI and OTB processes, and take ownership of stock management across the product lifecycle. Leading and developing a merchandising team, you'll provide coaching, guidance, and support, creating a high-performing and collaborative culture while ensuring commercial objectives are consistently achieved.

To be successful, you'll currently be operating at Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser level within a fashion retail business. You'll possess strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions. You'll be confident managing stakeholders across multiple functions, have experience leading teams, and thrive in a fast-moving retail environment where pace, adaptability and attention to detail are essential.

The salary is paying up to £65,000
