As Stock & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse, inventory and replenishment operations across the location, ensuring stock availability is optimised while maintaining exceptional levels of inventory accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency. Working closely with supply chain, store and product teams, you will oversee stock integrity programmes, inventory counting processes, promotional implementation, logistics activities, merchandising standards and loss prevention initiatives. The role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance by ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory investment and maintaining regulatory compliance.
We are looking for an experienced operations managers from retail, with an interest in logistics, stock control and inventory management with a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-moving operational environment. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You will be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience within warehousing, transport, supply chain or inventory management is essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
In return, they are offering a salary of up to £50,000, a night allowance of up to £5,000 per year and a highly achievable bonus of up to £10,000 per year. The hours for the night role are 6pm to 2am, working a five in seven working week and contracted hours of 38.75.
