Store Manager

We’re working with a leading lingerie and lifestyle retailer renowned for delivering a highly personalised customer experience, combining beautiful product with expert service and an inclusive, welcoming store environment. We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful Plymouth store, with a strong focus on customer engagement, team development and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading and developing a team of 11 alongside a Deputy Manager and two Team Leaders. You’ll be responsible for driving sales and conversion, maintaining consistently high service standards and creating a customer-first culture on the shop floor. A key part of the role will be ensuring the team confidently delivers expert bra fitting, builds meaningful customer relationships and maximises the opportunities presented through the brand’s loyalty programme.

We’re looking for an established Store Manager with experience in a service-led retail environment, ideally within lingerie, fashion, accessories, footwear or beauty. You’ll be a confident and inspirational people leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for customer experience. You’ll understand how to coach teams to deliver outstanding service, drive conversion and build customer loyalty, while creating a positive and engaging store culture.

The salary for this position is £35,000–£42,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to 10%, paid monthly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join an established and customer-focused business, with responsibility for leading a strong store team and making a real impact on commercial performance. The recruitment process consists of two stages: an initial interview in store, which will typically include time on the shop floor engaging with customers, followed by a final interview with the Area Manager, usually via Teams.
