Store Manager

We’re partnering with an exciting, growing lifestyle retail brand to recruit a commercially minded store manager for its successful Harrogate store. Having opened in April, the store is already performing well and experiencing strong customer demand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused business with a strong brand identity, offering a hands-on leadership role within a compact, service-led retail environment.

As store manager, you’ll lead a team of eight, including a supervisor and sales assistants, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards across all areas of the store. You’ll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs and maximising commercial opportunities while creating an engaging and welcoming shopping experience.

We’re looking for an experienced retail manager with a strong background in assisted sales, ideally within fashion or a similar customer-focused environment. You’ll be a confident people leader with excellent commercial awareness, a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience within a small-format store would be advantageous.

The package includes a £38,000 basic salary plus an annual performance-related bonus and additional benefits. The role offers a 40-hour working week, with store opening hours of 9:30 am–5:30 pm and typically three full weekend days off per month.
