Store Manager

A leading premium Womenswear fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of its Harrogate location. You'll have full responsibility for store performance, using your commercial awareness to drive sales, productivity, and profitability. From analysing KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement to overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and daily operations, you'll ensure every aspect of the store is operating at its best. You'll be confident making decisions, implementing action plans and adapting quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

The salary is paying up to £38,000
