A successful and growing homeware retailer is looking to appoint an experienced Store Manager to lead its Swansea store. As Store Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the store, ensuring sales targets are achieved and standards are maintained across every area of the business. From leading and developing a high-performing team to managing stock, service and operational processes, this role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within retail, ideally from a homeware, furniture, lifestyle, or big-box environment.
