Store Manager Edinburgh / Airport
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy airport retail store. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
Drive sales and achieve store targets.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
Ensure compliance with airport security and operational protocols.
Candidate Profile:
Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
Understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations is essential.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
