An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and people-focused Retail Manager to join a leading luxury retailer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail environment. This position offers the opportunity to inspire high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the continued success of the business.

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of people, service, and operational standards across the retail operation. Through effective workforce planning and resource management, you will ensure service requirements are met while maintaining excellent levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. The role will also involve monitoring sales performance, communicating targets effectively, tracking daily results, and implementing local initiatives that support the overall commercial strategy.

Working closely with brand partners and internal stakeholders, you will build strong relationships to maximise category performance and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with product and brand teams to optimise staffing levels, support recruitment efforts, secure additional funding where appropriate, and ensure stores are fully equipped to maximise sales potential.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience with a strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing successful teams. You will also possess excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to analyse performance data to drive results.

The salary is paying up to £50,000 and you will work 1 in 3 weekends.
