Merchandiser – Womenswear (Hybrid, London)
£45,000 – £55,000 DOE
A leading fashion business is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join their fast-paced womenswear team in a hybrid London-based role.
This is a commercially driven position with responsibility for leading a category end-to-end, while managing and developing a Junior Merchandiser and MAA. You’ll play a key role in driving performance through strong planning, forecasting and in-season trading.
Key responsibilities:
• Own WSSI management, trading plans and forecasting across your category
• Lead in-season trading, identifying risks and opportunities to maximise sales and profit
• Analyse performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations
• Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce and cross-functional teams
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
About you:
• An established Merchandiser within fashion, ideally womenswear
• Strong WSSI, forecasting and in-season trading experience
• Highly analytical with a commercial mindset
• Experience within DTC/online-led businesses preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
