A place where great hospitality brings people together
Market Halls was created from a simple belief: exceptional hospitality starts with creating spaces people genuinely want to spend time in. Since 2018, founder Andy and the Market Halls team have transformed iconic London locations into vibrant destinations where food, drink and community come together.
Drawing on years of experience and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, the team has carefully curated an environment that feels welcoming, energetic and inclusive. Today, Market Halls is home to 24 independent food traders, offering an exciting mix of cuisines alongside expertly served drinks from its central bars. Every visit gives guests the opportunity to discover something new while enjoying the atmosphere of a thriving social hub.
What makes Market Halls distinctive is its commitment to celebrating the stories behind the food. Inspired by food markets around the world, each trader brings their own heritage, expertise and personality, creating a diverse and authentic experience for customers. The result is a destination where every meal comes with a story and every visit feels unique.
While Market Halls honours the rich history of its iconic venues, it is equally focused on creating modern spaces designed for today's communities. The halls offer more than just great food and drink; they provide places for people to connect, celebrate and share experiences, all underpinned by a genuine culture of hospitality.
At the heart of the business are the people who make these experiences possible. Market Halls has built a reputation for developing talent and creating clear opportunities for progression across its operations. From front-of-house teams and bar staff through to leadership roles, colleagues are supported with ongoing development, meaningful career pathways and a culture that encourages growth from within.
As the business continues to evolve, Market Halls remains committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences, supporting its people and creating destinations that bring communities together through food, drink and hospitality.
Market Halls runs food halls in London at Victoria, Oxford Street, Canary Wharf and Paddington, plus Shelter Hall in Brighton. Each brings independent kitchens, bars and music together under one roof; the Canary Wharf hall alone covers 20,000 sq ft with seating for 500.
