Nobody’s Child is a purpose-led fashion brand built for free thinkers, dreamers, and go-getters. Since launching in 2015 with a single dress, the brand has grown into a recognised destination for effortless, feminine style, driven by a commitment to individuality, creativity, and positive impact.
Over the past decade, Nobody’s Child has combined commercial growth with a clear sense of purpose, creating collections that not only look good but are thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. Achieving B Corp Certification marks an important milestone in the company’s journey and reflects its ongoing commitment to responsible business practices, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As Nobody’s Child enters its second decade, the business remains focused on responsible growth, nurturing its people, and building a future where style, purpose, and positive impact go hand in hand.
At the heart of Nobody’s Child is its people. From head office teams to store colleagues and supply chain partners, the organisation recognises that its success is driven by the individuals who bring the brand to life every day. A strong sense of community underpins the culture, where collaboration, recognition, and shared values create an environment in which people can thrive.
Nobody’s Child supports employee growth through learning, mentoring, and career development opportunities. Colleagues are recognised through regular values awards, while a vibrant social programme helps foster strong connections, engagement, and a sense of belonging across the business.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion remain key priorities for the organisation. Through a focused strategy covering leadership engagement, inclusive recruitment practices, learning initiatives, and impact measurement, Nobody’s Child is working to ensure that every colleague feels valued, respected, and able to contribute their unique perspective.
Employee wellbeing is also central to the company’s culture. From wellbeing initiatives and dedicated time to recharge, to access to Retail Trust support services and trained Mental Health First Aiders, Nobody’s Child provides a range of resources designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing of its people.
Nobody's Child was founded in London in 2015 by Andrew Xeni, to make stylish, more responsible womenswear at an affordable price. Marks & Spencer took a stake in 2021, and the brand became a certified B Corp in November 2025.

Nobody's Child has advertised for Sales Associates at its Spitalfields store, and part-time roles in its concessions at Oxford Circus, White City and Stratford. Its adverts describe great sales service, understanding what customers need, working to sales goals and keeping stock levels right.
