RHR was one of the first recruitment consultancies in the UK to embrace the internet for recruitment, and that early digital expertise still shapes how we support clients today. Alongside our core recruitment services, our in-house team provides specialist consultancy across recruitment advertising, careers site design, and candidate attraction — helping clients get the most from their digital recruitment activity.
We help clients plan and execute recruitment advertising that actually reaches the right candidates — from search and social campaigns through to affiliate and job-board strategy. Our team combines hands-on retail recruitment knowledge with digital marketing expertise, so campaigns are built around how candidates in this sector actually search and apply.
Whether you need a full standalone careers microsite or a refresh of an existing one, we offer specialist web design and copywriting support end to end — from initial consultation through to design, build and launch. All copy is written with both candidates and search visibility in mind, so your site performs as well as it reads.
We run employee engagement, reputation and reward surveys for clients who want a clearer read on how their organisation is perceived — by candidates, employees, or both. Surveys can typically be turned around quickly, and we provide either headline results or full analysis and reporting, depending on what you need.
Building a careers site or microsite is only the first step — attracting the right visitors to it is the harder part. We advise on cost-effective traffic acquisition, from organic search visibility through to paid and affiliate channels, and can manage this on an ongoing basis so your site keeps working after launch.
