H&M Group-owned fashion brands Cos and Monki have announced that they will be opening up storefronts in Bristol’s Cabot Circus before Christmas.

The 3500 sq ft shop will be “Scandi-chic/street-style” retailer Monki’s first shop outside of London and will feature “Forgotten Forest” fitting rooms and “Sea of Scallops” scallop-edged counters.

Meanwhile, Cos will be opening its 16th store in the UK since it was established in 2007.

Both retailers are looking to expand their presence in major UK shopping destinations, according to Cabot Circus owner Hammerson.

"It is a great result for Cabot Circus, as well as for shoppers in the South West that these exciting international retailers have selected the centre to make their debuts," commented Iain Mitchell, UK commercial director at Hammerson. "Already a retail, dining and leisure hub for leading global brands it is encouraging to see Cabot Circus continuing to go from strength to strength as occupiers look to expand across the UK into the very best regional destinations.”
