As Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, leading CRM, customer retention, email marketing and digital acquisition strategies across the business. You'll be responsible for driving customer lifetime value, increasing revenue and delivering measurable growth through data-led decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Technology and Insights, you'll lead a talented team while managing significant marketing budgets and performance targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering CRM and customer lifecycle strategies
  • Owning and optimising the CRM platform and personalisation capabilities
  • Designing and launching a customer loyalty and rewards programme
  • Leading email marketing, automation and customer engagement initiatives
  • Managing acquisition channels including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
  • Forecasting, reporting and analysing performance across all CRM and acquisition activity
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing digital marketing team

We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer-focused environments. You will have strong experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing and digital acquisition, combined with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • 4+ years' experience in CRM and/or digital marketing
  • Strong experience within commercial, sales-driven environments
  • Proven knowledge of CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing programmes
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, Paid Social and other acquisition channels
  • Budget management, forecasting and commercial decision-making expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM and digital marketing tools
  • Previous people management experience
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Advanced Excel, reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience with loyalty programmes, international marketing or lifestyle brands would be an advantage

The salary on offer is up to £75,000 and is offering hybrid working, flexible working and early Friday finishes, 31 days’ holiday and a strong benefits package.
