FxPro is expanding its reach into seven day market access

FxPro is expanding its reach into seven‑day market access with the launch of weekend trading across five popular instruments: gold, silver, WTI crude oil, natural gas and the Nasdaq index. It’s a move that aligns with a broader industry shift toward giving traders more flexibility, especially as market‑moving news increasingly breaks outside traditional hours.

This development follows a wave of similar initiatives from other retail brokers. Together, these launches signal a clear direction for the retail trading landscape, greater accessibility and fewer limitations tied to weekday market schedules.

FxPro’s new weekend products are available on its Standard MT5 account, covering a mix of precious metals, energy markets and equities. By opening these instruments for weekend trading, the broker aims to help clients stay engaged with markets even when the underlying exchanges are closed. It’s a practical response to the reality that global events don’t pause for the weekend.

The firm noted that traders can use these instruments to react to geopolitical developments, political announcements and shifts in sentiment that occur outside normal trading hours. The timing is notable, as FxPro’s UK arm reported increased trading activity in 2025,driven largely by heightened volatility linked to global geopolitical dynamics.
