Are you a commercially minded assistant buyer looking to take the next step in your career with one of the UK's most recognisable fashion retailers?

We're partnering with a leading high-street fashion brand to find an ambitious assistant buyer to join their dynamic buying team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering trend-led, customer-focused ranges that drive sales and maximise profitability.

As an assistant buyer, you'll work closely with the buyer to build and develop exciting product collections, using sales data, customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to make informed decisions. You'll help manage supplier relationships, support negotiations, oversee critical path activity, and collaborate with merchandising, design, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure products are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a buying or assistant buying role within a retail environment, ideally fashion. You'll have strong analytical and commercial skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the confidence to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. A passion for product, emerging trends, and understanding customer behaviour is essential.
