Merchandiser – up to £55,000

Join a leading fashion retailer as a Merchandiser in its Kidswear team. You'll manage a key category, drive performance and help deliver profitable growth.

The role

You'll take ownership of planning, forecasting and trading your department. You'll manage stock throughout the season, analyse sales performance and identify risks and opportunities. Working closely with Buying, Design and Supply Chain teams, you'll help shape seasonal strategies, build balanced ranges and deliver successful product ranges. You'll also lead an Assistant Merchandiser and support team, providing coaching and development.

About you

You'll already be working at Merchandiser level in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll have strong analytical and commercial skills, experience managing teams and the confidence to influence stakeholders. You'll understand stock management and use customer and trading insights to drive performance.

The package
