IT Engineer – London – up to £55,000

Join a fashion-led footwear retailer with more than 90 stores, a busy warehouse operation and a growing head office team. You'll help keep the business connected, secure and running smoothly while working as part of a collaborative IT team.

The role

As IT Engineer, you'll maintain, secure and improve infrastructure across head office, retail stores and warehouse locations. You'll support networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, backups and data systems. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, monitor performance and address security vulnerabilities. You'll also work on infrastructure projects, maintain technical documentation, support third-party providers and share knowledge with junior team members.

About you

You'll have at least six years' experience across infrastructure, networking, security and technical support. Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows desktop and server environments, VMware and Hyper-V is needed. You'll also have experience of endpoint protection, patching, secure configuration, Microsoft SQL, FTP and data security. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication skills and a collaborative approach are important.

The package

Salary is £50,000-£55,000 per annum, with flexibility for candidates with the right experience. Hybrid working includes four days in the London office and one day from home, with flexible start times between 8am and 10am.
