Store Manager – up to £57,000

The role

You'll work closely with the Area Manager to deliver a clear business strategy that drives sales and profitability. You'll lead and develop a management team that includes an Assistant Store Manager and Department Managers across Operations, People & Training, and Commercial & Visual Merchandising. You'll take ownership of sales, P&L, payroll, inventory, compliance, operational standards, facilities and customer experience, using commercial insight to identify opportunities and support sustainable growth.

About you

You'll be an experienced Store Manager with a strong track record of leading large teams and managing multi-million-pound retail operations. You'll have excellent leadership skills, strong commercial awareness and a passion for developing people. You'll be confident driving performance while building a high-performing team for the future.

The package

The salary is paying up to £57,000. Benefits include a performance-related bonus, employee discount and uniform allowance.
