Technical Ecommerce Manager – Central London – up to £75,000
Join a global fashion retailer as a Technical Ecommerce Manager. You'll take ownership of the ecommerce platform, helping to keep it stable, reliable and delivering a smooth customer experience while driving improvements across the online channel.
The role
You'll manage the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce platform, ensuring it remains stable, efficient and reliable. You'll lead incident management, investigate root causes and help prevent recurring issues. You'll also support and lead projects from initial scoping through to delivery, working with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. As the link between commercial, operational and technical teams, you'll help set priorities, manage releases and keep improvements moving without impacting platform stability.
About you
You'll have experience in a technical ecommerce, platform or digital operations role and understand what it takes to run a busy retail website. Strong SQL skills are essential for investigating issues, querying data and supporting decisions with evidence. You'll be a confident communicator, a calm problem-solver and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
The package
You'll receive a salary of up to £75,000, plus bonus and benefits. The business is based in Central London and offers hybrid working. You'll also have the opportunity to make a real impact on an important part of the business.
