HR Business Partner – London – up to £60,000

Join a well-established international consumer brand with a strong retail presence across the UK and Ireland. This is a varied HR Business Partner role where you'll support business performance, work closely with leaders and help drive the people agenda across a retail network.

The role

You'll partner with operational leaders and provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance management, organisational development and policy implementation. You'll act as a trusted advisor to managers, support HR projects, ensure compliance with employment legislation and work closely with retail teams across the business.

About you

You'll be a commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally gained in a retail or multi-site environment. You'll have a solid understanding of UK employment law, experience handling complex employee relations cases and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, along with excellent communication, organisation and coaching skills.

The package

Salary up to £60,000, plus car and annual bonus opportunity of £3,500. You'll also receive Perkbox access, a 40% discount across all brands within the group and be based from a newly refurbished London office with excellent transport links.
