HR Business Partner – London – up to £65,000

Join a global fashion retailer as an HR Business Partner supporting store operations across your region. This is a varied role with a strong focus on employee relations, while also contributing to wider people projects across a growing store network.

The role

Employee relations sits at the heart of this position. You’ll manage a varied and often complex caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management, and investigations. You’ll coach and support store and area managers, helping them deal with people issues fairly, consistently and within the law. Alongside ER, you’ll work on leadership development, succession planning, new store openings and the graduate programme. You’ll also use people data to support decision-making and contribute to pay and benefits reviews, while working closely with colleagues across the wider European HR team.

About you

You’ll be CIPD-qualified, or hold a degree in a related field, with significant HR Business Partner or generalist experience. A background in retail or another fast-paced, customer-focused environment is essential. You’ll have strong employee relations knowledge, experience handling complex cases, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A calm, practical approach and a commercial mindset will help you succeed in this role.

The package

Salary up to £65,000, plus a performance-related bonus and benefits package. The role includes travel and offers a blend of working from stores, home and a Central London office.
