Are you a technical business analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology? We’re looking for a commercially minded analyst to join a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation where you'll play a key role in delivering systems, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives that drive real business value.

Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and third-party partners, you'll gather and translate requirements, analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of systems, integrations, and software development lifecycles.

As a technical business analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively. You’ll facilitate workshops, document business and technical requirements, map processes, support solution design, and help drive projects from discovery through to implementation. You'll also work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical standards while contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes.
