Arianna Wright is recruiting for an IT Manager covering business applications

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll take ownership of the technology landscape, ensuring business-critical systems are secure, scalable, and aligned to organisational growth while driving innovation and digital transformation.

What you'll be doing

· Leading and developing the Business Applications portfolio, including ERP, CRM, finance, and retail systems.
· Driving system improvements, integrations, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
· Partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and innovation.
· Overseeing IT operations, including Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
· Managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
· Delivering technology projects that create measurable business value.

What we're looking for

· Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar technology leadership role.
· Strong background in Business Applications, ERP, CRM, finance, retail systems, and integrations.
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
· A track record of delivering successful technology and digital transformation initiatives.
