As a Junior Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in driving sales, profit and stock performance across your department. Working closely with Buying and Design teams, you'll help shape commercial product ranges, manage stock and intake, analyse trading performance and support strategic planning decisions. From reviewing WSSI and Open to Buy, to identifying opportunities and risks within the category, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand and maximise profitability.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Assistant Merchandiser ready for the next step, or an existing Junior Merchandiser seeking a new challenge. You'll be highly commercial, confident analysing sales and trading data, and comfortable working with key merchandising metrics such as WSSI, ROS, stock cover and markdown management. Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across Buying, Design, Supply Chain and supplier teams are essential. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, organised and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

The salary on offer is up to £45,000.
