Store Manager – Channel Islands – up to £45,000

Ready for a new challenge? This is a chance to relocate to the Channel Islands and lead a busy convenience store for a well-established retail business.

The role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. You will lead, motivate and develop your team, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where strong commercial awareness and people management skills are important.

About you

You will have experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager within UK convenience retail. You will be a strong leader with experience developing teams and improving performance. You will have a commercial mindset, high standards in customer service and store operations, and be comfortable adapting to a new location and environment. You must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.

The package

Salary of £38,000 to £45,000. Relocation package of £7,500. The opportunity to live and work in the Channel Islands. Career progression with a well-established retail business.
