Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital merchandising, and driving marketplace growth? We're looking for a highly motivated marketplace trade & content manager to join a fast-growing consumer brand and play a key role in expanding the business' presence across major online marketplaces.

About the role

As marketplace trade & content manager, you'll own the day-to-day trading and content strategy across key marketplace platforms. You'll be responsible for optimising product visibility, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through best-in-class content and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

· Manage and optimise product listings across multiple marketplaces
· Develop and execute marketplace trading plans to drive sales growth
· Create and maintain engaging, SEO-optimised product content
· Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
· Work closely with marketing, brand, and supply chain teams to maximise performance
· Manage promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal activity
· Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and consistency across platforms
· Analyse competitor activity and market trends

What we're looking for

· Experience managing marketplace channels
· Strong understanding of online merchandising and digital content optimisation
· Analytical mindset with experience using marketplace reporting and performance tools
· Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
· Commercial awareness and a passion for driving growth
