We're seeking a talented merchandiser to join a fast-paced, customer-centric business where you'll play a key role in driving sales, profitability, and stock performance across a dynamic product portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on analysing data, spotting trends, and influencing strategic decisions that directly impact business results.

What you'll be doing

· Owning the trading performance of your product area, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
· Building and managing seasonal sales, stock, and profit plans.
· Analysing customer, market, and product performance data to make informed commercial decisions.
· Collaborating closely with Buying, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
· Managing in-season trading, markdown strategies, and stock optimisation.
· Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser role within retail.
· Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
· A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results.
