Arianna Wright is recruiting for a Project Manager covering IT & Logistics in London

We're partnering with a well-established, market-leading retail business to recruit an experienced project manager to join their transformation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who enjoys managing cross-functional projects, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and driving business change within a fast-paced retail environment.

The opportunity

As Project Manager, you will lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Working across multiple departments, you'll play a key role in driving operational improvements, technology implementations, and business transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation and post-project review.
· Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
· Facilitate project governance, reporting, and steering group meetings.
· Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
· Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
· Drive change management and support business adoption of new processes and systems.
· Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

About you

· Proven experience delivering projects within a retail, consumer, or fast-paced commercial environment.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
· Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
· Exceptional organisation, planning, and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Experience working with technology, digital, operational, or business transformation projects is highly desirable.
· PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification would be advantageous.
