Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer ready to take ownership of critical technology platforms in a fast-paced retail environment?

RHR is recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing technology team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting a modern IT estate, working across cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure. You'll lead technical projects, drive continuous improvement and ensure the reliability, security and performance of business-critical systems.

What you'll be doing

· Managing and enhancing Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows infrastructure
· Supporting networking, security and endpoint management technologies
· Leading infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvement projects
· Providing senior technical expertise and third-line support
· Helping to deliver a secure, scalable and resilient technology environment

What we're looking for

· Strong experience in a senior infrastructure or systems engineering role
· Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server
· Solid networking and cybersecurity knowledge
· Experience with Intune, endpoint management and cloud technologies
· A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
