We're looking for a senior technologist to join a growing technology team within a well-established omnichannel retail business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape technology strategy, lead technical delivery, and drive the evolution of platforms that support thousands of customers and colleagues every day.

What you'll be doing

• Leading technical direction across multiple business-critical systems and platforms
• Driving cloud-first architecture, modern development practices, and technology innovation
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable technical solutions
• Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Ensuring systems are secure, resilient, and capable of supporting continued business growth
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, automation, and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a Senior Technologist, Lead Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
• Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and system integration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Experience within retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing digital environments is highly desirable
