Arianna Wright is recruiting for a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator

Are you a highly organised supply chain professional with a passion for logistics, stock management, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing retail business and play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where your ability to coordinate inventory, manage logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will have a direct impact on business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across suppliers, warehouses, and retail locations
· Monitor inventory levels and support stock allocation activities to maximise product availability
· Maintain accurate supply chain data across internal systems
· Work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues
· Support forecasting, replenishment, and distribution planning processes
· Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement
· Produce regular reports on stock movement, service levels, and operational KPIs
· Collaborate with merchandising, buying, operations, and warehouse teams to support business objectives

What We're Looking For:

· Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Inventory Coordination role
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
· Experience using ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
