Are you a highly organised supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We're looking for a supply chain & distribution coordinator to play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to customers, supporting a dynamic and growing multi-channel business.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating stock movements across warehouses, stores, and ecommerce channels
• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting forecasting activities
• Managing supplier and logistics partner communications
• Resolving supply chain and distribution issues quickly and effectively
• Producing reports and analysing data to drive operational improvements
• Supporting the wider operations team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or distribution coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
• A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving retail environment
