Are you a highly organised logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence, inventory management, and leading high-performing teams?

We're looking for an experienced night manager to take ownership of all stock, warehousing, and logistics operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring products are available when and where they're needed, driving efficiency and supporting exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

· Leading and developing a team responsible for stock control, warehousing, and goods movement
· Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock integrity across multiple retail locations
· Managing inbound and outbound logistics to maintain optimal stock levels
· Monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance
· Working closely with retail, commercial, and supply chain teams to support trading objectives
· Driving compliance with health & safety, security, and regulatory standards
· Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, minimise waste, and improve productivity

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in stock management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Experience using inventory management and stock control systems
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
· Retail, travel retail, distribution, FMCG, or airport operations experience would be advantageous
