About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store, driving commercial performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets, maintain high visual standards, and create a welcoming and engaging environment for every customer.

Key responsibilities:

· Drive sales performance and deliver against KPIs
· Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
· Ensure exceptional customer service and an elevated in-store experience
· Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
· Manage stock, operations, and store profitability
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience as a Store Manager (fashion retail preferred)
· Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
· Passion for styling, fashion, and customer service
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to inspire and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
