As senior digital marketing manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll oversee paid media, SEO, CRM, content, affiliate marketing, and social media activity, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach across all digital touchpoints.

You'll analyse performance metrics, optimise campaign effectiveness, manage agency relationships, and identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer experience. Leading and developing a talented marketing team, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional results.

We're looking for a proven digital marketing leader with experience managing multi-channel campaigns within a retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer-focused environment. You'll have a strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, analytics, and digital trading, alongside excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

A commercially driven mindset, passion for innovation, and ability to translate insights into growth opportunities will be key to success in this role.
