Jason Ellis is recruiting for a Demand Planner covering International Freight on Board and the Iberian region

Are you a data-driven demand planner with a passion for turning insights into action? We're looking for an experienced Demand Planner to play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation, and commercial success across a dynamic and fast-growing international business.

Reporting into the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring optimal inventory availability across the Iberian region.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align demand plans with business objectives and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

· Own and maintain demand forecasts for the Iberian market.
· Analyse historical sales trends, customer demand, promotional plans, and market intelligence.
· Lead demand review activities and contribute to the S&OP process.
· Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with commercial teams to understand upcoming promotions, launches, and customer requirements.
· Support inventory optimisation and product availability targets.
· Produce regular reporting and insights to support business decision-making.
· Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans where required.

About you:

· Proven experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or related disciplines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning systems.
· Understanding of forecasting methodologies and S&OP processes.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Experience within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or toy industries is advantageous.
· Fluent English; German, Dutch, or French language skills are highly desirable.
