We're partnering with a globally recognised luxury consumer brand to find an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about driving people strategies, partnering with leaders, and creating exceptional employee experiences.

The role

As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters while supporting organisational growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

· Partnering with leaders to drive people and business strategies
· Supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent development
· Leading on organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
· Coaching managers on HR best practice and employment legislation
· Supporting engagement, culture, and diversity initiatives
· Using HR data and insights to influence decision-making

About you

· Proven HR Business Partner experience within a retail, luxury, hospitality, or customer-focused environment
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
· Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
· Commercially aware with the ability to balance business and people needs
· CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
· Passionate about creating high-performing, inclusive workplaces
