What you'll be doing

• Supporting the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI targets
• Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming store environment
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and operational standards
• Taking responsibility for the store in the manager's absence

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a passion for achieving results
