We're looking for an experienced digital trading manager to drive online performance, optimise the customer journey, and deliver sustainable growth across the business’ ecommerce channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic digital team where you'll play a key role in shaping trading strategy, improving conversion, and maximising revenue through data-driven decision making.

What you'll be doing

· Own and deliver the digital trading calendar, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
· Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and trading trends to identify opportunities for growth.
· Drive online revenue, conversion rate, and average order value through continuous optimisation.
· Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, and Analytics teams.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform trading decisions.
· Manage website merchandising, campaign performance, and customer experience improvements.
· Produce regular reporting and actionable insights for key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in Digital Trading, Ecommerce, or Online Merchandising
· Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
· Experience using web analytics and reporting tools
· Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
· Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or consumer-focused environment
