We're looking for an experienced merchandiser to join the business’ buying and merchandising team and play a key role in delivering profitable growth across a well-loved fashion accessories brand.

What you'll be doing

· Managing trading performance across multiple product categories
· Analysing sales, stock, and margin performance to identify opportunities and risks
· Developing and maintaining seasonal merchandise plans and forecasts
· Working closely with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, and Retail teams
· Optimising stock levels to maximise sales while minimising markdown risk
· Using customer and market insights to influence trading decisions
· Supporting the development and mentoring of Assistant Merchandisers and MAA team members

What we're looking for

· Previous experience as a merchandiser within retail, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
· Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
· Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-moving retail environment
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
