We're looking for an experienced retail managers from supermarket or FMCG environments to lead large-format retail stores, inspiring colleagues, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional experience for customers every day.

As a store manager, you'll have full accountability for store operations, leading and developing a diverse team while ensuring strong commercial results, operational excellence, and a positive, inclusive culture. You'll be passionate about people leadership, customer service, and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive and perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

· Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team
· Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency

About you

· Proven leadership experience within retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
· Strong commercial acumen and experience managing KPIs

· Passion for developing talent and building engaged teams
