We’re recruiting for an experienced store director to take ownership of a prestigious luxury retail store. As store director, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and motivating a large team to achieve ambitious sales targets while creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll drive commercial strategy, manage operational performance, champion brand standards, and build a culture where people can thrive and grow.

You’ll be an experienced retail leader with a strong background in managing high-volume or luxury retail environments. You’ll bring exceptional people leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing teams. The ability to influence, inspire, and deliver results through others is essential.
