You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, achieving operational targets and supporting the continued growth of the business.

As Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of a team, providing guidance, coaching and support to help individuals reach their full potential. You'll monitor KPIs, drive productivity, identify areas for improvement and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to operational initiatives, enhance team engagement and help deliver business objectives.

We're interested in hearing from candidates with previous team leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within financial services, customer operations, sales support or a regulated environment. You'll be a confident communicator with strong coaching skills, the ability to motivate others and a proven track record of driving performance. Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset are essential.
