What you'll be doing
· Supporting the Merchandiser in planning, forecasting, and trading product categories.
· Analysing sales performance and providing actionable insights to maximise opportunities.
· Managing stock levels to optimise availability while minimising markdown risk.
· Producing and maintaining reports on sales, stock, intake, and availability.
· Working closely with Buying, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are delivered on time.
· Assisting with range planning, WSSI management, and seasonal reviews.
· Identifying emerging trends and market opportunities through data analysis.
What we're looking for
· Previous experience in a merchandising assistant or allocator role within retail.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
· Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in fashion and accessories.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
