We're partnering with a globally recognised retail brand undergoing continued growth and investment across its digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver key ecommerce initiatives, working across multiple business functions to enhance the online customer experience and drive operational excellence.

The role

As ecommerce project manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across ecommerce platforms, digital tools, and customer-facing technologies. Working closely with stakeholders across ecommerce, technology, marketing, operations, and external partners, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce and digital projects
· Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
· Gather and translate business requirements into actionable project plans
· Drive process improvements and support ongoing digital innovation
· Ensure seamless collaboration between business and technology teams
· Monitor project performance and provide regular stakeholder updates

About you

· Proven experience managing ecommerce or digital projects within retail, fashion, or consumer-focused businesses
· Strong project management methodology and delivery experience
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Experience working with ecommerce platforms, digital systems, and website development projects
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
