Senior Buyer, Handbags & Accessories – West London – up to £75,000

The role

As Senior Buyer, you will lead the product strategy, development and delivery of handbags and accessories collections across retail, digital, wholesale and international channels. You will shape seasonal ranges, define pricing and range architecture, identify market trends and growth opportunities, and take ownership of sales, margin, average selling price and stock performance. Working closely with design, merchandising and suppliers, you will ensure products are delivered on time while leading and developing a successful buying team.

About you

You will have significant fashion buying experience, with strong expertise in handbags and accessories. You will have a track record of developing profitable, customer-focused product ranges and bring strong commercial awareness, product instinct and analytical skills. Experience in negotiation, supplier management and global sourcing is essential, along with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and lead a team.

The package

The salary is circa £75,000. The role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days from home.
