Arianna Wright is recruiting for an Assistant Merchandiser

We're seeking an ambitious assistant merchandiser to join a fast-paced commercial team where you'll play a key role in driving sales, maximising stock performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across stores and online channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded merchandising professional who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities, and influencing key trading decisions within a dynamic retail environment.

What you'll be doing

· Supporting the planning, forecasting, and management of product ranges
· Analysing sales, stock, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities
· Managing inventory levels and stock allocations to optimise availability and reduce risk
· Producing regular trading reports and actionable insights
· Working closely with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams
· Supporting seasonal planning and delivering profitable stock management strategies

What we're looking for:

· Previous experience in a Merchandising Assistant or Assistant Merchandiser role
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
· Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Commercial awareness and a passion for retail
· A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
