Are you a commercially driven e-commerce professional with a passion for digital trading, customer experience, and online growth?

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce trading manager to lead the performance of a fast-paced online retail business within the fashion and footwear sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of online trading strategy, optimise customer journeys, and drive revenue growth across multiple digital channels.

What you'll be doing

· Owning the daily, weekly, and seasonal trading performance of the e-commerce site
· Analysing sales, conversion, traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify growth opportunities
· Working closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Buying, and UX teams to optimise the online customer experience
· Managing promotional activity, campaigns, product launches, and peak trading events
· Developing and executing trading strategies that maximise sales, margin, and profitability
· Monitoring competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making
· Producing regular performance reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in an E-commerce Trading Manager or Senior E-commerce role
· Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset
· Experience working within retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer-focused businesses
· Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and trading dashboards
· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment
