Arianna Wright is recruiting for a technologist covering outerwear & denim. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

We're looking for an experienced technologist to join a dynamic product team at a well-established omnichannel fashion brand with a strong presence across the UK and an expanding digital footprint internationally.

The role

As the technologist you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding fit, quality, and performance across key product categories. Working closely with buying, design, merchandising, and global supplier partners, you'll drive technical excellence from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities

· Lead the technical development of outerwear and denim ranges.
· Conduct fit sessions and provide clear technical direction to suppliers.
· Ensure products meet brand standards for fit, quality, safety, and compliance.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve the best balance of style, quality, cost, and speed to market.
· Drive consistency across sizing and fit strategies.
· Support ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives throughout product development.
· Build strong relationships with suppliers to continuously improve quality and production standards.
· Identify innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and product performance.

About you

· Proven experience as a garment technologist within outerwear and/or denim.
· Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, grading, fit, and manufacturing.
· Experience working with international supplier bases.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Commercially aware with a genuine passion for fashion and product excellence.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.
